Please note that orders require processing time at our warehouse before they ship and that orders are subject to carrier delays from UPS, Fedex, and USPS outside of our control. That said, please know that our team and fulfillment partners are working tirelessly to ensure you get your new sneakers as soon as possible!

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to give the gift of Nothing New with confidence, which is why we offer an extended holiday return window for purchases made between October 31st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025. Any purchases made during this time may be returned or exchanged through January 31st, 2026, as long as they meet the return conditions.
